Fall FlyFishing on the Colorado River

The fishing is great on the Colorado River! Currently the river has had reduced flows providing for very clear and skinny water. Fishing conditions for bass....especially small-mouth bass, are excellent! We've had great luck on various clouser minnow patterns and some top water patterns. If you're an experienced fly fisherman, it's very likely to land anywhere from 50+ fish in a days trip! The weather, river quality and fishing action is making this time an especially great time to get out and fish.
